Damaged Items
Although we take great care in securely packing every order, damage can occasionally occur during transit. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives to ensure it has not been damaged.
If you notice any damage, please contact us. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package. Do not dispose of the damaged item(s). We will ask you to provide your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
If damage is not reported within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund.
Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure it is in perfect condition. If you discover a hidden defect that the product should not have, it will be covered by our warranty.
In this case, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to provide information and evidence so we can process your request accordingly.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The delivery note or receipt date will serve as the reference point to calculate the withdrawal period.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and shipped securely with appropriate guarantees to ensure it is received in its original state. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, a depreciation fee may apply, which will be charged to the customer.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order at any time and free of charge, provided the cancellation is made before the order has been handed over to the courier for dispatch.
Receiving Incorrect Items
Although we strive to pack all orders correctly, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us. We will ask you to send us a photo of the item received along with your order number.
Do not open any item you believe to be incorrect. Opened items may not be eligible for exchange or credit, even if they were sent or received in error.
