Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options depending on the country. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be responsible for inventory management and for shipping your products.
All times and dates given for delivery of products are provided in good faith but are estimates only.
If you require an urgent order or have special delivery conditions, please contact us and we will propose the best solution to ensure you receive your order on time.
We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are free on orders over a certain amount. You can find more details about free shipping in the next section.
Costs vary depending on size, weight and handling, and are calculated automatically. To determine the shipping cost, please use our shipping calculator on the checkout page after adding all items to your cart.
The customer is responsible for any additional costs resulting from rejected packages. This includes orders returned due to unclaimed delivery, incorrect addresses, or undeliverable locations. Balvi is not responsible for any customs duties incurred on imports. We strive to keep our shipping fees reasonable while ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of your items.
Free Shipping
Free shipping to:
- Spain and Portugal on orders over €30.
- Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands on orders over €50.
- Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Denmark on orders over €60.
- Lithuania, Slovenia and Sweden on orders over €70.
- Estonia, Ireland and Latvia on orders over €80.
- Finland and the UK on orders over €120.
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece and Romania on orders over €150.
Please note that this discount is applied automatically and will appear during checkout. It can be combined with product discounts.
Holiday Shipping Times
Due to the high volume of orders in November and December, processing, packing and dispatch may take between 3 to 5 working days. Please take this into account when placing your order and plan ahead to ensure it arrives when needed.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, and all delivery times are estimates only.
Shipping outside Europe
For orders in the United States, please visit and place your order through our US website: www.balvi.us.

Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been dispatched and are also available in your My Account section.
If a package is returned due to an invalid delivery address, you will be responsible for the costs incurred.
Wrong Addresses
If an order is placed with an incorrect address, Balvi is not liable for the delivery or any associated costs for redirecting the package (if applicable). It is the customer's responsibility to verify the shipping address. If a parcel does not arrive due to an incorrect address, Balvi will not issue a replacement.
We also do not recommend sending orders to temporary addresses, as delivery may take several weeks. If you leave the address before the package arrives, we are not responsible for any additional costs to retrieve it or send a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
Once orders leave our warehouse, Balvi is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered. If you have trouble tracking your delivery, please contact your local post office or courier for assistance.
If a replacement is issued, Balvi reserves the right to select any available shipping method.
Receiving Incorrect Products
Although we do our best to pack all orders correctly, errors may occur. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us. We will ask you to send us a photo of the item received along with your order number.
Do not open any item you believe to be incorrect. An opened item may be rejected for exchange or refund, even if sent by mistake.
Damage Claims
While we take great care in packing orders, damage can occasionally occur. Please inspect your order upon arrival to check for any damage.
If you notice any damage, please contact us. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Do not dispose of the damaged item(s), as we will request your order number and photos of the damaged products and packaging.
If the damage occurred outside of our control, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund. Claims submitted more than two days after receipt will not be considered for a refund or replacement.
